Each morning a generous buffet with a nutritionally-balanced, varied spread is ready to wake all the senses. Special attention is paid to this first meal of the day to ensure that our guests start off their day of excursions in a welcoming, relaxing setting, sharing some special moments enjoying tasty fare with family and friends.
Our offering includes fresh coffee, a variety of plain and flavoured teas, and hot chocolate with Danish pastries, fresh bread (baguette, country bread, seeded bread, soft sliced bread, etc.), fruit jams, honey, homemade cakes (madeleines, gingerbread and others, depending on the day), fresh and dried fruit, and hard-boiled, scrambled or boiled eggs.
Our Country Hotel in Amboise also offers its guests local farm produce including a wide selection of PDO cheeses (Sainte Maure de Touraine, Selles sur Cher, Valençay, Couronne de Touraine and Tête de Moine, amongst others), yoghurts and soft white cheeses, rice pudding and fresh milk as well as an assortment of deli meats including fresh ham, cured ham, salami, sausage, “rillettes de Tours”, and smoked sausages and brisket.
Breakfast is served in the dining room from 7am to 10.30am.

During your stay in Amboise, the Hotel offers room services with Vrai & Bon bocals, gourmet recipes, made in France. Vrai & Bon’s bocal meals are elaborated by the Artisan- Master Philippe Boucquez in Thennes, Picardie in France.
The Hotel is also located just 1.5 km away from the Amboise centre of town with its many gastronomic, traditional French and brasserie-type restaurants in addition to pizzerias and crêperies, to name but a few. You can book a table at any of these spots, according to what tickles your fancy on the day.
